Package Missing, Damaged or Lost?
Package Tracking:
Once you receive an email or text with your order number, your package has shipped out. Our team can no longer track individual packages for customer as this process was something that we did as a courtesy to customers, but due to our increased order volume, we no longer have the time or resources to track packages for you.
Please use the links provided to track your package (email or text), or use the tracking service provided by Route on your order status page (orders placed before (7/20/2023).
If you have not received your package:
Please call USPS as soon as possible at 800-275-8777 or visit their website www.usps.com and open a case with them (using your tracking number)
or, file a claim with Route if your package was insured. claims.route.com
Route will replace your package if it was damaged or lost in transit (orders placed before (7/20/2023)
