Directions:

1. Wash your hands
2. Remove the small back cover from the bottom of the applicator
3. Remove the protective cap from the top of the applicator and insert it into the end of the applicator
4. Gently insert the pre-filled applicator into your yoni as far as it will comfortably go (the same way you would insert a tampon)
5. Place your index finger on the protective cap, slowly push the protective cap into the applicator so that the gel slowly inserts into your yoni
6. Remove the applicator from your yoni
7. Wash your hands and discard the applicator
8. Use before bedtime for maximum results

To achieve the best results:

Use 3 days after your menstrual cycle and/or 1 month after removal of iud

Doing Kegels while using tightening gel will increase your results

We recommend that you use the gel at least 8 hours before having intercourse. That way the gel has time to work its magic. The effect of the gels lasts up to 1-2 days for most women. You can use the gels as often as you would like, however please do not use more than one gel tube per day (24 hours).
